Episode 1 - Shadow Weave - Further Explorations
- 4 shaft project: 4 cones of 8/2 cotton, 2 cones Merlot, and 2 cones Natural to weave 5 towels.
- 8 shaft project: 4 cones of 8/2 cotton, 2 cones Royal, and 2 cones Natural to weave 5 towels.
Episode 2 - Doubling Down on Double Weave - 4 & 8 shaft looms
4 shaft projects: this is a stash-busting 4 shaft lesson with 3 projects available
2 Scarves: Playing with Log Cabin Scarf and the Playing with DDL Scarf (2 separate warps)
warp (2): you will need 1 cone each of 8/2 cotton in Black & Fuchsia for 2 warps.
weft: we used 8/2 Bamboo in Magenta, Black and Turmeric. Jane also used some 20/2 Tussah in Black Magic & 30/2 Bombyx in Dragon Fruit for the Log Cabin scarf
Hand towels: to weave the 6 hand towels Jane used
- hems: 16/2 cotton bobbins in Natural, Charcoal, Turquoise and Light Grey
- warp: 8/2 cotton in Black and Natural
- weft: 8/4 cotton Black, Natural, Denim & Charcoal and Bouclé in Natural, Denim & Nile
8 shaft project for 8 placemats: 7 cones of 8/2 cotton, 2 each in Black & Natural and 1 cone each in Peacock, Pale Limette & Magenta plus 3 cones of Bouclé cotton, 1 each in Peacock, Pale Limette & Magenta
Episode 3 - Diversified Plain Weave
*Note about making your warp: in order to have two threads of the thin 16/2 cotton available for winding the warp (2 threads of the same colour are needed) we wound a styrene spool with half of that yarn from the 16/2 cotton cone.
- 4 shaft project: 2 cones of Organic Cotton Cloud, 1 Natural, 1 Lime, and two cones of 16/2 cotton, 1 Natural, and 1 Pale Limette to weave 5 baby blankets
- OR 2 cones of Organic Cotton Cloud, 1 Natural, 1 Charcoal, and two cones of 16/2 cotton, 1 Natural and 1 Charcoal for 2 shawls

- OR 2 cones of Organic Cloud Cotton, 1 Natural,1 Curry, and two cones of 16/2 cotton, 1 Natural, and 1 Gold for 2 shawls. For an additional stripe for the shawls, you will also need a few bobbins of Organic Cotton Cloud in Grey and 1 bobbin of 16/2 cotton in Dark Grey.
