Yarn supply list - Season 5 - Laces

Episode 1 – Turned Twill: (12 towels) 7 cones of 8/2 cotton: 3 cones of Taupe, 2 cones of Gold, 1 cone of Red and one cone of White/Bleached. Jane also used lots of bobbins from her 8/2 stash

Episode 2 – Canvas Weave: (long sample or runner) 2 x 250 gram cones of 16/2 Venne Organic Linen in White, 1 x 100 gram cone of 16/2 Venne Organic Linen in Light Stone Grey 

Episode 3 – Huck: (samples and a scarf) 400 grams of Bambu 7 in Periwinkle 

Episode 4 – Huck Colour & Weave: (6 gamps) 5 cones of 8/2 cotton, 2 Black, 2 White/Bleached and 1 Pale Limette 

Episode 5 – Swedish Lace: (long sampler or runner) 2 cones of 8/4 cotton in Nile Green and 1 cone of 8/4 cotton in Denim 

Episode 6 - 5 cones of 8/2 cotton, 2 Light Plum, 1 Plum, 1 Light Grey, 1 Charcoal and 1 skein of 30/2 silk Rainy Day & 1 skein of 20/2 silk Blue Rinse

Episode 7 4 x 250 gram cones of Venne organic cottolin in Linen White and 1 x 100 gram cone of Venne organic cottolin in Steel Blue

Episode 8 - 2 cones of 8/2 cotton Natural plus a tiny bit of charcoal or black (4" bobbins' worth) and 2 skeins of 20/2 Bombyx - 1 natural and one Jam Jar.

Episode 9 3 cones of 8/4 cotton Ivory, 1 cone of 8/4 Black, 1 cone of 8/4 Raspberry and a small amount of 8/2 and 16/2 cotton (bobbins worth) for some of the placemats.

Episode 10 - Lace Grande Finale, November 18

Reeds

We use a #10, #8 and #12 reed

If your looms are narrower you will have to make small adjustments to the drafts before you start. Lop out a bit here and there. I’m leaving that up to you... you can do it
